Pending icon problem emergency aid

Hello,
Even though TCP port 30033 is open on my server

<13:37:18> Transfer "icon_1404323408" reports: (lost file transfer connection)

I cannot upload icon.
Is an extra port required? (teaspeak special) How can the solution be?

Default port (UDP in depth): 9987.

Default filetransfer port (TCP in depth): 30303.

Default serverquery port (TCP in depth): 10101.
