Completed Problem with visibility and drops

Hello,
all of the problems still exists:

Random drop message is now: "<18:27:37> Disconnected from server (parameter not found)" - less frequently other.

What should I do? When will you fix it? :/

One more problem - when I enter permission group with few thousand of users Tea*Speak turns off.

In log I get spam of this:

Next problem:
I have installed ffmpeg (https://codecsocean.com/how-to-install-ffmpeg-on-debian-8-9/) and playing music from youtube cause server crash.
