Gamerlicense it cost 30 $ for 1 year. - since it's not possible to requests NPL license anymore.

You can't connect, because you need to update the config.yml with (enable the text) + you need to update protocol_key.txt correct!

My works fine without issues.

No I dono't have it, I thought TeaSpeak would be enough.
I don't have money enouth to buy another license

LIcense needed, before client 3.2.2 can connect. sorry there is nothing to do.

You can just find someone who hosting free TS3. or you can wait, until it's possible to request some licence by TeamSpeak
