Server teaspeak & Tea*Speak license question

hi all, I have a few questions regarding the license.

1. So based on my understanding, if I purchase a TeaSpeak license I can make my teaspeak server look like a proper teamspeak server to prevent it being blacklisted, something I can't fully do without a teaspeak license, right?

2. Without a TeamSpeak license, I can't go above 32clients and also allow 3.2.2+ clients to login right?
As in, I must have at least an AAL license to allow more than 32 clients to login. (does the license I buy matter ?)

3. Assuming both assumptions I mentioned above are right, can I create more than a single instance using an AAL license?

Any help regarding the questions above will be greatly appreciated.

3. You can create unlimited instances using AAL up to 1024 slots each
