How do I activate that on my teaspeak server?

i already set it right, but i get this error:
Could not connect to remote host (Connection refused)
If you're sure that the remote host is up, than you may not allow unsigned certificates.
Click here to accept the remote certificate

It works for me, if you enter your (IP : port) try that. ^^ dunno about it will works. but you need to click "here" for accept the remote certificate.
