Teaweb error when connecting

I have a problem with the teaspeak server and the teaweb..the latter does not connect to the server and shows me that error...i read in a post that you have to register the certificate..but I do not know how, or what is the certificate that must be registered, if the domain of the teaspeak or the domain of teaweb !!

any solution or suggestion ?

I've been digging around for a while for this solution. I found 2 other posts that were similar. I really wish the link in this post worked though... Or it would be awesome if the answer was ALSO posted here haha. I have the same issue out of the box install. I'm SURE it's something with certificates at this point, but as far as I'm aware from other posts, that issue was resolved as of a while ago. Not sure what to do.
