Teaspeak consumes even RAM.
How many concurrent users do you have and what are the VPS settings?

Yes, memory consumption is high now and nothing can be done about it.
My test server with optimized build version 1.3.10, three virtual servers and 75 clients on the online.
I do not use music bots and in General, disabled them in the configuration.

1. How many processor cores do you have?
2. How are You doing with ping? Rises from time to time or always stable?
Processor 2 cores.
I've never had problems with PING, it oscillates when it peaks, but nothing affects server operation

That's not a lot of ram xD
You're with just 1GB and using Sinusbot inside the teaspeak server (even if they're in alone mode or installed in other machine..)
You can easily turn off the Sinusbots for 5 minutes and see the ram going down ;)
That's normal using teaspeak server.
