after set avatar in ts3 kick me from server and give me this error Wtf creator?

You sure you opened the filetransfer port in firewall?

Please also make sure that the user running the server has access to the folder. A lot of people run the server as root then after restart or reboot and login as normal user and forget to run it as root (sudo?) again so server doesn't have write access.
