Completed Failed to setup voice bridge

Hi, I have a problem with the connection with my teaspeak server.
I checked this error in this forum, but I see that it was not too far removed. By connecting to your teaspeak server it does not occur.

Failed to setup voice bridge (voice bridge setup failed!). Allow reconnect: voice bridge setup failed!

Do you may have a firewall installed on your servers?
If you have so, you have to allow UDP on the post range given within your config

By default, the ports are open from what I see, but I added them to iptables and still have the same problem. I am not very good at handling this, if you have any suggestions on how to fix it, write.
