I'm getting some feedback from the common use of the platform,
1. Attempt to access via application ends up getting error while trying to access, attached image.
2. At certain times of the day, all the server's users are disconnected from the server, observing the service's log system, I can not find records about this disconnection, as if it were something programmed to occur periodically.
