Completed Getting TeaSpeak Premium License

Hello,

I'm just wondering if there is a specific form I need to fill out within the "License Request" section of the forums, as when I went in there I couldn't see any posts, and when I clicked on "Post thread" there was no pre-defined form inserted for me.
