Or if you do not arrive with telnet, you can also stop teaspeak, download sqlitebrowser on your PC, imported the TeaData.sqlite file and opened in the sqlitebrowser software.
Once the file is open in the software, return to the servers table, and you will see the ip 0.0.0.0 and you replaced it with the ip you want.
Once done do you save and replace the file on your teaspeak and restart.
