Pending Invalid badges. Protocol hacked?

Some users trying to login encountered this error. So I asked my provider what the solution was, "we're not the problem, I'm a hosting customer, I'm wondering what the solution is"

What is the solution for this, other users can connect, only some users get an error like this

If the key had expired we would not be able to login to the server or all users would get this error, only some of them are getting this error Invalid Badges. Protocol hacked?

It is not related with protocol keys.
This is related with ts3 badges.
Check your yatqa permissions related with "badge" word.
I am not sure, but i think there is some permission to ignore this.
You can always try the forum search and see other kind of answers to the same problem.
