Completed ''Invalid parameter size'' or ''failed to connect''

Invalid parameter size can occur when you use unsupported characters for channel's name. I used YaTQA to remove those and after restarting the server everything works just fine

Yes it's true Clockbot create this bug. But the other problem is ''failed to connect '' on first try

After updating do 1.2.9b this glitch seems to be gone (for now at least)
