thats probably a bug.
if i am not wrong i remember this bug to be present in some versions.
you can create up to 1 free musicbot per virtual server.

you can try it or maybe you can edit the database id to 1, not sure.

you only see that message but no punishment because you are not able to use more than one musicbot.
