Completed New version

Hello all!

I download new ts3 version from Tea*Speak website and i connect to the teaspeak server. My friend download the new client version and he can't connect. he has

E: And i have a bot error.. ffmpeg already installed but not working.

it's very interesting beacuse i install version: Version:3.1.10 on Windows

but my friend 3.2.1 but he download Same as me
