Pending No Video Streaming supported

Hey!

when I installed TeaSpeak for the first time, there I was able to allow Video-Streaming.
After updates there isn't any right right now to stream Video (Webcam, ...)...

Is this a bug, or wanted feature?

what do I have to do to enable Video-Streaming again?

It's TeaSpeak 1.4.21-beta
OS: Debian 11

Video streaming is only supported on TeaSpeak-1.5.6-beta
