Outdated Priority Speaker Permission (cant remove this permission)

I cant remove priority speaker to anybody..
Anybody with this problem?

this is a bug that happens from time to time, does this bug cause users to have priodity speak only in one room?
delete the room and re-create

Cant reproduce it check after next update if it still remains
