Completed Problem with connect to server

I'm downloaded lastest TeaSpeak server and installed it on my VPS. When i try connect i see "server version is too old for command".
I change server slots to 32 and no positive results, (thats helps in older teaspeak versions). How to fix this problem?

Is there a way to make a server with more than 32 slots with no money?
