TeaSpeak Credit Card Payment Error

I live in Turkey I'm trying to make a purchase with a credit card because it is banned in Turkey PayPal Your card was declined I get an error on my credit card and money getting clear why such errors abroad

seems like your card has been blacklisted.
You may have to use another.

I get such an error on Stripe, my card is not in blacklist, I open a virtual card, the same error.

Well Stripe has sometimes some quire harsh limits.
But except using PayPal there will be no way around.
