Completed Cant bind server socket (Address already in use)

The server disconnects after a day. When wanting to start again, these critical errors come out, as shown in the image. What is this about?

Basicly the old server isnt closed at that moment.
Do you may know why the old server shut down?

The other server had other problems, to update it stopped working, so install the latest version from 0 and from there every time I install a server a few days they stop working due to that error.
