could you tell me. what do these ERROR mean? Why do they show up?

Handling of packet Command needs more than 10ms (29ms)
Ticking of client 1xx.1xx.1xx.1xx:55235 (xxxxx) needs more that 2500 microseconds! (2609 microseconds)
Timer VoiceClient::tick needs more than 8054 microseconds. Max allowed was 3000 microseconds.
Found varianzes within the server tick! (Supposed: 500ms Hold: 510ms)
Server tick tooks to long (149)

after receiving innumerable message of these, after the server hung up
the use of cpu and memory is very high also, I believe that because of this, lack memory and server down
after TeaSpeak-1.2.10 update is better, but still is rising memory bit by bit

Well its not really an issue.
Its more a notification that something needs more time that expected.
But it isn't a really a big issue

why the memory is still rising slowly, and with it the sever will crash and shut down

Well slowly is more likly but still unlikely. Ill look at that

And no this messages have nothing todo with it

I did a printscreen that shows the memory goes up considerably
when more people are online on the server, faster memory usage , this has nothing to do with the number of new connections.
