Pending Crash, [Global Ban]

Hello,
When you try to global ban someone, one of the servers is off, global ban the person, the network crashes

Can't see why I should test it. Since I do not use "global ban" (* And I don't have issue with it *)

The crash dump is needed in order to fix the crash
