TS3Hook doesn't work for me and I don't have HookConf.ini. I posted and issue on github, I don't know why @WolverinDEV closed it.

I think you have to run the Client as administrator for TS3Hook to be able to generate the HookConf.ini in "C:\Program Files\Tea*Speak 3 Client" folder.

Edit:
Also you probably have to run notepad or whatever as administrator to change the HookConf.ini in Program Files unless you change the permissions on the file.
