Completed Error in join server - "(server version is too old for command)"

I bought the Premium Rank for one year to use the license in my server and start creating TeaSpeak servers but after follow the Setup from 0 tutorial (and everything was did exactly the same) when I try to join my TeaSpeak server (18.231.108.213) I get this error "(server version is too old for command)".

How do I solve this and can I connect in Server Query using YaqTa or there is another software to do this with TeaSpeak servers?

"Premium License" do not officially support Tea*Speak client.

You need a "Protocol key license"
