If you're using a old one, just update it..
In new versions there are some errors currently solved

Found varianzes within the server tick! < if you are using SQLITE. You can try test with MySQL.

Well over 778ms for just a dummy command is pretty impressive and its not acceptable anymore.
I thing the basic issue is more that you had a lot of channels and as I already told on github i forgot to reactivaet a caching system.
Will be improved with build 4.
