Completed i_server_group_member_add_power

Found a strange bug.
Permissions i_server_group_member_add_power and i_server_group_member_remove_power dont apply from group templates when creating group
So cuz of this newly created group from 'Server Admin' template cant add\remove users to groups.

This permissions exits in template but not apply when group created from this template

Well when you're adding permissions to templates you have to recreate the server because templates are just used when you setup the server.

It have already been in template. After server creates templates have this perms but when some group created based on this template it doesnt have this ones.
Or ur talking about permission.template file?
