This error occurs in the latest version 1.4.14-beta3.
When switching from one channel to another, this error occurs, only the message below appears:

insufficient client permissions (Invalid permission failed: 0x0)

Okey resolved... Was a typo.
Instead of returning error::ok I returned permission::ok...
Will be fixed
