Completed Kick from server and conecction lost. Please help!

I could install everything, but when I enter the ts3 server, 5 minutes pass and I automatically disconnect, unless I have a server administrator. Do you know any solution? There is also connection loss, I am using a dedicated OVH server of 16 GB. Sorry if my English is not the best, I speak Spanish
