Completed Kicked from server

Hi, I have seen two weird problems that caused me to be kicked from my server:

Disconnected (parameter not found)
and a 10 minute ban "You're flooding too much"
can anybody help with this please? I haven't seen it before. Both are at separate times by the way

For the first thing I need the command which causes this error or a trace log.

The second one is I thing even self explainable

I had a flooding problem when i was browsing the server groups too quickly

May do that slower or give yourself anti flood

anti-flood did not work when I had this problem
