Yeah that seems to be the issue.
You're not 100% right with the difference between non snapshot vs and vs created from snapshots.
The actual reason why user cant hear each other anymore is the encryption. So i guess you had voice encryption enabled on your snapshot, but not on the normal server?

BTW: Im currently watching the issue and try to recreate and fix it. (This can may also fix some kind of ping timeout after a few hours)

Of cause is the en/decryption implemented but may there is a mistake or something like tgat. I thing as you spoke from a music bot you meant an external music bot? Because the internal works

I mean, you can't enable or disable encryption in the client for the channels (the buttons are grayed out).
