Pending New user server group issue

Server version: 1.5.3-beta
This is happens when a user who is not exist in the database connects to the server.
Only way to give the user server group is by adding as contact and copying the unique id.

I'll investigate.

This goes along with the new instance create bug (When testing the new group manager I totally forgot about new instances, servers and clients).
I only tested with an already existing test setup.... I was too tired I guess xD

Update:
This happened to everybody who just had no group assigned.
Fixed in beta 1 (will come out in around an hour or so)
