Completed Push to talk ( can not work )

My colleague can't talk on my server from ( push to talk ), but on another one he can. What is the problem with? Please help)

he means that he speaks with pressing key/button and in his server cant do it meanwhile in others yes

I think there is a problem with the "Push to talk" permission.
