Completed Remove Icon of "Tea"

Is possible to remove this icon: http://prntscr.com/mcbgdu from all new servers created in the future? (When I create a new server this icon is on the icons by default).

I think so, you can change the image in the resources folder
E.G /home/teaspeak/resources/teaspeak16px.png

It woud be easier to change the Icon, by using another icon with the same name within the resources folder...
Maybe an A for Admin?
