Completed Server stop

Hello all!

When i create new ts server, server is offline || or stop ts server
i can't start because have error. "Already in use <- error message" but if i have again error i attach the photo. Need restart the all servers ./teastart.sh stop and start & then working.

I recommend you to start your server via the minimal script. You see may more information
