Completed Teaspeak bug banning a user

Can anyone tell me why while banning a user on the teaspeak server, another person who has nothing to do with the feat ends up taking ban along at the same time? I believe it to be some bug, it always happens to me, I ban someone on my server, but another person who has nothing to do with the case ends up taking the punishment together.

Has this happened to anyone else in the forum?

This can happen if they share name/uuid/hwid/ip
