Well this is not likely to hear. It seems like the server crashed during the restoring process.
It would help me a lot if you can provide the crashdump.

BTW: When I try to access the screen shots: "Access to i.hizliresim.com was denied"

What do you mean by the server order?

Depends on the pannel. Most newer pannel already support TeaSpeak.
But if the panel doesn't work you can change the server settings (MOTD and New line character) to the default Tea*Speak settings and everything should work fine again

@heartles39 - If you need to disable. so "Serveradmin" = can't edit the maxclients on virtualserver. - You need to remove the "permission" via YaTQA
