Pending TeaSpeak No insufficient client permissions on Kick

hello there i try to kick someone from teaspeak server and i don't have permission but there no message or sound for insufficient client permissions

the other things works good

I will not check for any third party clients.
I'll only check for TeaSpeak clients!

i mean i think its a big thing to have disabled on "Ban Client" at Tea*Speak client

so i can't ban anyone
