Pending Users get benned out of nowhere

Hi,

after update to version 1.3.22 (version=1.3.22 build_count=0 build=1565095052 platform=Linux), my users randomly got banned as soon as they connect.

Further explanations...

Some users get banned but that banishment does not appear on Tea*Speak Client Ban's panel but if you delete the user from the base (using Tea*Speak Client panel), the user is able to connect again and as soon as this same user disconnects and try to connect again, it will receive a ban error (getting permanently banned from the server). This problem only happens to some users and the number of users getting into this is increasing, slowly but increasing.

I already checked on the server logs but apparently, there is no message about this, I still have a personal bot (development by me logging the server activity) and it did not get any logs related to this problem...

I have no idea what's going on nor how to troubleshoot this, any starting points?

To the developer was able to Help you quickly or specify the reason, provide the following data:
  1. Server logs
  2. Server database
  3. Crash dumps (if any).

Hey,
specially the server logs are interesting because there might be a reason printed.
As well, do the user just get kicked or if banned, with which message for how long?

Hi folks, glad for the fast response!

1. here is server logs back to august: *snipped link for security reasons*
2. I can get the server DB as well dut would I be leaking private data? is it ok to post it here widely open?
3. there is no crashes on the server (but the last crash dump (from 06/24/19 can be found in the above link as well)

I got a look at the logs but didn't find anything useful, maybe looking for the wrong message?

If I erase the user from DB, he is able to connect again, then he can stay connected but if he tries to reconnect, or disconnect somehow, he is not able to connect anymore. (he is not kicked off if *auto* banned. If other user bans a user, the banned user is kicked off as normal.

You are banned from the server. Reason: "". Ban expires never!

"for how long"
Forever.

this 3 i can get now (my servers admin are constantly removing the bans, so i need wait than to get the full list.

i think that's cause of protocol hack
granting these 2 permessions to your users maybe reslove your problem
but also your users able to use invalid badges or packet
