Pending Voice works, but every another thing ignored

Dropping command packet because command assembly buffer has an underflow: pid: 1024, bidx: 1025, bcap: 32

Appears for every users in 1.5.0-beta 8 and 9 both.
After restart the server is running with no problems, but after a few hours i got the above errors for literally everything, muting myself (works on client side but not shows on the server), channel switching (can't switch channels), can't edit channel/server, etc..

when you're expecting such a state again pleas execute dummy_crash on the teaspeak terminal and send me the crash dumps.
