Maybe because of crash when you restart the instance?
Depend on my theory, but maybe yes and this would be unlikely because I have no clue how to fix that xD
And how to cure the server so that it does not crash when restarting or shutting down?

But I wanna more try to merge the Wal with the sqlite file again, so that even with a crash no permissions etc get lost
