Ahh well these crashes are just shutdown crashes and could be ignored
The main reason is that the MySQL connection has been gone and the server failed to recover.

is your disk healthy? i have a feeling your disk is getting faulty or i/o rate or Read rate is reaching too high and because of that reading sqlite file is going to be difficult for teaspeak server

I will close this topic, since the version is outdated, and the answer is given above. Use the latest version of the server - TeaSpeak-1.4.14-beta-11
