Pending WebList Failed to update

On a new installation of TeaSpeak, when Trace was turned on for log level, the following was output:

You have "allow_weblist" disabled?

better off weblist otherwise you run the risk of being black listed.

I've disabled it, however I don't think those errors should be occurring regardless.

Well status 5 just means that the server is already on the weblist and it should call back in 10 minutes

Maybe the message should be refactored to indicate this?
