Debian GNU/Linux 9.5 (stretch)Which server os are you using and from where you got that vps?
Well there is a bug one and its when im switching from debug to release mode (Im currently building in debug without optimizations because with its its incredible hard to debug errors)
Ill progress that when I released the first stable version
The fact is that at 100% CPU load, the start / stop buttons of the virtual server on yatqa do not work correctly.Read this > https://github.com/TeaSpeak/TeaSpeak/issues/427
I have earlier reported about the issue!
//Edited: And there is nothing todo. We need to wait, until the version will be released!
Quoted from what WolverinDEV say to me:

Yes, music bots are used. After rebooting the Tea*Speak server, the problem disappears for a while. It is expected that some functions will stop working if load goes to the 100%.
Since CPU cannot process any new inputs / and it may take delays to execute commands.
Are you using integrated music bots ?
For me,they cause large CPU Usage. Unfortunetly TeaSpeak is single cpu process so I have to kill it manually and restart.
If I add an extra core to the processor, will that solve the problem? It is expected that some functions will stop working if load goes to the 100%.

I cant really reproduce that.Today, the results are much better
As soon as I stopped the virtual server and tried to start it I got an error.
Immediately increased the CPU load
This means that the server cannot process commands. Why?
As I also already said, I never got any problems like this.I cant really reproduce that.
If I start the server and it failed to bind it still uses the same amount of CPU as before
Have you ever had such a thing that if a user turns off the virtual server and then can not turn it on? This problem can only be resolved by rebooting the entire instance (((As I also already said, I never got any problems like this.
After 2 days runtime my server load is still like: http://prntscr.com/kub3b4
No, never got that issue. Are you running only TeaSpeak on your VPS?Have you ever had such a thing that if a user turns off the virtual server and then can not turn it on? This problem can only be resolved by rebooting the entire instance (((
