It happens to me sometimes when I cancel after running minimal. Sometimes we can forget to install the requirements. (apt update // apt upgrade //mixed said:
apt install -y wget curl screen xz-utils libnice10) I also recommend installing Cloudflare DNS on your server. After doing these two, I rebooted my server. Then when I ran minimal again, it was fixed. -
@ GLobaL:If your server has strict ddos protection, I recommend allowing TeaSpeak license server for port 53 (after doing the above)

@ GLobaL:I used to get this error on my ubuntu 18 server. This error is not present on my ubuntu 20 servers. I think you should switch to ubuntu 20 operating system and definitely do not forget to update && upgrade. (apt update // apt upgrade //apt install -y wget curl screen xz-utils libnice10)
